Bridgeview Pump Station

Scope of work includes upgrading the area’s sewer system and replacing its existing pump station. The pump station controls building will be built to look like a single family home to blend in with the surrounding residential neighborhood. 

A large cofferdam will be required to construct an underground 3 metre diameter, 7 metre deep FRP wet well beside the controls building which will house the pumps. 

From this pump station a 4.7km network  of sewer mains will be installed.  Three deep connections to the pump station will be constructed by directional drilling with the remainder of the sewer mains installed by conventional trenching.  Following commissioning of the system more than 200 service connections will be completed to tie the neighborhood into the new system.
