Calgary Energy Centre Building

PCL Construction Management Inc. was sole sourced for the supply and erection of the pre-engineered metal building shell for this project due to the tight fast-track schedule.  The entire building was erected in seven months with the majority of the erection being performed in the winter.

The project consisted of a turbine hall, truck bay, cooling tower pumphouse, warehouse, and administration building for a total of 65,000 square feet with the highest portion being 90' tall.
